Whiteboard & Annotation tools

Using a Cynap Pure system or above allows you to add notes, annotations or drawings to your onscreen content. Using this annotation feature enables up to 100 people to mark up any open window, and also take a snapshot to save the content for further use.

The  whiteboard feature enables you to open a blank canvas on a Cynap system whenever you like. Dispense with your whiteboard or flip chart and use multiple pages, an assortment of colours, shapes, and mind mapping tools to support your meetings. Content can be captured and exported and saved for archiving and distribution as required.
