Sales Team Leader Asia (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

You will manage the WolfVision Asia sales team with responsibility for budget control, reporting directly to WolfVision headquarters in Austria. 

You will also be responsible for reaching sales targets in Asia with your sales team as well as independently acquiring new end customers and sales partners yourself for our product range of presentation and collaboration systems and solutions. 

You will talk directly with end customers, project managers, Systems Integrators and AV/IT managers, regarding the design and successful introduction of our products and systems into both existing and newly developed audiovisual installations. Using your advanced understanding of networks and AV systems, you’ll help both end customers and sales partners to create and maintain learning environments, and meeting spaces, across a diverse range of markets and applications.

What you'll be doing

  • You manage the WolfVision Asia sales team, reporting directly to WolfVision headquarters in Austria 
  • Active and independent sourcing and acquisition of new customers for our Cynap and Visualizer product families with a focus on Singapore. 
  • You are also responsible for sales in Central Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand) 
  • Product presentations and training courses for sales partners, consultants, universities, and corporate end customers 
  • Expanding and supporting our dealer network and end customer base 
  • Field-based sales with a high degree of travel throughout Singapore and Asia, plus regular visits to the Austrian headquarters 
  • Sales target achievement 
  • Participation in national and international trade shows 

Requirements

  • Existing knowledge of, and interest in networked and audiovisual solutions 
  • Several years AV industry experience of sales to both partners and end customers 
  • High levels of motivation, and enthusiasm for solution-oriented selling 
  • Excellent Computer and Network Skills 
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Asia 
  • Accurate, flexible, independent, and structured working
