What you'll be doing

  • Advising professionals on the integration of our products into their existing network infrastructure
  • Dealing with exciting customers worldwide with a wide variety of framework conditions
  • Providing 2nd level support and collaboration in 3rd level support in our own R&D department
  • Willingness to travel in UK and to the headquaters in Austria

Your profile

  • Completed technical training in the IT sector
  • Sound knowledge of network technologies (WAN, LAN, WLAN)
  • Microsoft 365 (client, server, cloud)
  • Basic knowledge of the Apple & Android world
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn new things - what are the trends in the IT/AV market?
