Web Interface

V1.70a

The Visualizer can be controlled using any state-of-the-art web browser. The user interface front-end has been developed using the latest web programming standards, which means that there are no required add-ons or plug-ins (such as Java), in order to have full control of the Visualizer. The HTML5 technology needs only a browser that can handle JavaScript and WebSockets, which has been state-of-the-art for the last few years (several browsers are successfully tested).

Just input the IP address of your Visualizer into the address field of the browser and the GUI (graphical user interface) will be displayed. These GUI doesn’t show up on the HDMI and USB out, or in a streaming/recording session. This makes it a great way to control the Visualizer without taking any attention away from the main content materials.

The Visualizer has to be fully powered up before it can be accessed with a browser. Use Wake-on-LAN (WoL), or the power button on the unit itself to power it up.

As the GUI is responsive, its icons and fonts are automatically adapted and resized to fit the screen ratio, resolution, and size of device that is in use. Smartphones, tablets, or a computer running a web browser will each have a separate GUI.

All the functions, inclusive one push auto focus can be used immediately. Capturing currently shown content can be done by using the browser context menu "save picture".

Please note

When the Visualizer is in standby, it cannot powered up by using the browser.
Send the WoL command (Wake On Lan) to power it up.
