Introduction of new premium tier
vSolution Link Pro: Software update now available
Release date: 20.07.26.
A new version v2.0.0 of our vSolution Link Pro remote management software is now available.
With this version we are introducing a new Premium tier. This reflects our ongoing commitment to providing a reliable, high-quality remote management solution.
Maintaining the performance our customers rely on, while continuing to develop meaningful new features, requires a sustainable foundation. The new Premium tier helps us ensure exactly that. A Premium license enables you to use Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory and will be required for installations with more than 50 devices. Smaller deployments will continue to be able to use vSolution Link Pro free of charge.
To make the transition as smooth as possible, all current users can get a 30-day free trial, giving them time to evaluate the software and plan accordingly. Current users with more than 50 devices can extend this trial until 30.11.2026.
Information on updating to version 2.0.0
When you update to version 2.0.0, if more than 50 devices are in use, you will see a message that this version is limited to 50 devices. Your other devices are only hidden and will display again when you start the free trial.
In the software, go to Information and About to find an overview of the two tiers. Click Start trial to get a free trial.
When the trial ends, you can choose a Premium tier with a single upfront payment for either a 3-year or 5-year licence term.
