Firmware update v1.74c for Cynap Systems
New Firmware v1.74c now available

We are pleased to announce the release of firmware update v1.74 for Cynap Pro, Cynap Core Pro, Cynap Pure Pro, Cynap Pure, Cynap Pure Mini, and Cynap Pure Receiver models.
An updated version of our vSolution Link Pro remote management software is also available. This version (1.9.5) is required for installing the new Cynap firmware via vSolution Link Pro.
Cynap Firmware v1.74c includes the following:
- MATRIX side-by-side display: In vSolution MATRIX setups (v1.50f and above), additional content can now be shown side-by-side with MATRIX streams.
- Recording safety feature: Backup recording (audio only or audio + video) helps protect against lost recordings.
- Improved security: Factory default admin passwords have been replaced with unique device-specific passwords printed on each device. This enhancement supports compliance with the EU Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU).
- Simplified updates: A single firmware file now supports all Cynap models.
- Plus: General improvements and bug fixes.

vSolution Link Pro: Update now for Cynap firmware support
The latest version (1.9.5) of vSolution Link Pro is also available.
Installing this update is essential to maintain compatibility with upcoming firmware releases for all current Cynap family devices except Cynap Videobar.
What’s new:
- All Cynap models (except Cynap Videobar) will now use a single, unified firmware file.
- This update is required to install future Cynap firmware via vSolution Link Pro.
- HTTPS is now mandatory to perform firmware updates
- To use HTTPS you must install a valid SSL certificate as part of the setup.
