Solutions Architect & Business Development Manager

About the role
We are looking for a relationship-driven market developer with a strong AV/technical background. As the main representative for WolfVision in the TOLA region, you will build and strengthen partnerships, develop the market, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand an existing partner network
- Take ownership of the TOLA region and act as the key point of contact for partners and customers
- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and credibility
- Present and demonstrate WolfVision solutions in a professional and technically sound way
- Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable solutions
- Identify and develop market opportunities in a structured and sustainable way
- Travel extensively within your region to stay close to partners and customers
- Work closely with our internal consulting and support teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system, including regular reporting on opportunity status, pipeline progress, and monthly forecasts and sales performance for the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the AV or related technology industry (e.g. technical roles, consulting, partner-facing roles – not necessarily sales)
- Experience in the higher education sector is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- High level of empathy and cultural awareness
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and engaging way
- Experience presenting solutions to customers or partners
- Self-driven, structured, and reliable working style with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a region
- You enjoy being on the road and building relationships face-to-face

This is not a traditional Account Management role – success comes from building long-term relationships, understanding customer needs, and developing the market sustainably.
