Solutions Architect & Business Development Manager

TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas)

About the role

We are looking for a relationship-driven market developer with a strong AV/technical background. As the main representative for WolfVision in the TOLA region, you will build and strengthen partnerships, develop the market, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand an existing partner network
  • Take ownership of the TOLA region and act as the key point of contact for partners and customers
  • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and credibility
  • Present and demonstrate WolfVision solutions in a professional and technically sound way
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable solutions
  • Identify and develop market opportunities in a structured and sustainable way
  • Travel extensively within your region to stay close to partners and customers
  • Work closely with our internal consulting and support teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system, including regular reporting on opportunity status, pipeline progress, and monthly forecasts and sales performance for the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the AV or related technology industry (e.g. technical roles, consulting, partner-facing roles – not necessarily sales)
  • Experience in the higher education sector is highly beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • High level of empathy and cultural awareness
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and engaging way
  • Experience presenting solutions to customers or partners
  • Self-driven, structured, and reliable working style with a strong sense of urgency
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a region
  • You enjoy being on the road and building relationships face-to-face
