IT Support & Collaboration Specialist (m/w/d)

• Technical Consulting & Integration:
  You support our customers in seamlessly integrating our audiovisual and collaboration systems into existing IT and network infrastructures – taking into account technical and cultural conditions worldwide.
• Support & Problem Solving:
  You handle international support tickets from customers and partners and assist the sales team with technical inquiries.
• Knowledge Management:
  You create and maintain technical documentation that serves as a valuable knowledge base for customers and colleagues.
• Customer Focus & Quality:
  You work in a solution-oriented manner, think proactively, and contribute to maintaining and further developing our high quality standards in customer service.

• Education:
  Completed education (e.g. IT, electrical engineering) or relevant professional experience.
• IT Know-how:
  Strong affinity for network technologies (WAN, LAN, WLAN), as well as good knowledge of Windows environments (client & server); basic knowledge of Apple and Android systems is an advantage.
• Technical Interest:
  You are enthusiastic about modern IT and AV technologies and stay curious about new developments in the collaboration sector.
• Soft Skills:
  You communicate clearly, in a structured manner, and enjoy working in a team – even across national borders.
• Languages:
  Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers professionally on site.
