Stadtwerke Saarbrücken GmbH, a key regional utility provider of water, energy, public transport, leisure facilities, etc., in southwest Germany, recently moved into its newly constructed five-storey office building. Designed to support modern working practices and future-proof collaboration, the building features a fully integrated AV solution built around WolfVision’s Cynap systems.

The organization required a consistent, intuitive, and scalable technology infrastructure that would support wireless presentation, seamless hybrid meetings, and Microsoft Teams integration across a variety of meeting and conference spaces.

Together with Stadtwerke Saarbrücken, WolfVision sales partner MAIKS GmbH conducted multiple on-site meetings and workshops to develop and refine a comprehensive media solution concept.

WolfVision Cynap systems were specified as the central platform for content sharing and videoconferencing throughout the building. In meeting rooms, Cynap Pure provides robust wireless presentation capabilities and hybrid meeting support, delivering a consistent and user-friendly experience for both in-person and remote collaboration.

Each room is equipped with Samsung professional displays, ensuring excellent image clarity and screen size appropriate for group collaboration and presentation scenarios.

In the building’s large conference space, Cynap Pro, combined with WolfVision’s vSolution COMPOSER feature, enables dynamic multi-source content handling across twin LED video walls. Users can display different content sources side-by-side or mirror content across both screens, depending on the needs of each session. This flexibility supports a wide range of use cases - from internal strategic meetings to external guest presentations and public events.

In selected meeting spaces where video conferencing capability is required, WolfVision’s all-in-one Cynap Videobar is deployed. This simplifies hybrid collaboration and ensures optimal video and audio quality. With integrated camera, beamforming microphones, high-quality speakers, and Cynap wireless screensharing functionality, the Cynap Videobar delivers an elegant, cable-free solution that requires minimal setup or technical knowledge.

Its native integration with Microsoft Teams enables meetings to be launched quickly and intuitively, helping users connect seamlessly - whether on-site or remote located.

To support efficient meeting planning and space usage, the system also includes ProDVX room signage displays combined with the Connect Signage software solution. Rooms can be booked directly via Microsoft Outlook, with clear visual indicators showing availability at a glance. The flexible design and intuitive interface of Connect Signage simplify room management while enhancing visibility and efficiency across the building.

With the familiar, consistent user interface of WolfVision systems in all spaces, employees benefit from a unified AV experience that minimizes the need for training or IT support.
