New WolfVision Connectivity Software (for
USB & LAN)

An updated Version of WolfVision's "USB Software" is available as a free download on our homepage.
The software is now called "WolfVision Connectivity Software" because in addition to USB it also supports LAN-connections. |

The Connectivity Software can be used for all current Visualizer models (except VZ-7D and VZ-5F), for all previous Visualizer models with USB and LAN port and for the new WolfVision camera EYE-12. It works under Windows 2000, XP and Vista. A special version for Macintosh will follow later.
The main functions of the Connectivity Software are (auto) saving pictures and movies from a Visualizer on a computer, controlling the unit, printing images from a Visualizer, Firmware updates and many more.

One of the new features of the Connectivity Software is the possibility to work with up to 20 WolfVision Visualizers or cameras at the same time. The units can be connected via USB or LAN.
The title bar of the Connectivity Software always shows the installed firmware version and serial number of the connected unit.

Very successful launch of new camera EYE-12 at Infocomm USA
WolfVision's new live image camera EYE-12 was launched with great success at this years Infocomm USA exhibition. The reaction from customers was very positive. As expected visitors on our booth especially praised the new features of the EYE-12 ( native SXGA- and 720p HD resolution, USB-, LAN- and DVI ports, Power over Ethernet (PoE), Trigger etc.)

It was funny to note that many regular customers on our booth commented that they don't see the excellent picture quality of the camera as a "new feature" (as listed on one of our displays).
Excellent picture quality is what everybody expects from WolfVision, because WolfVision has an outstanding reputation as a High End manufacturer and every new Visualizer or camera WolfVision released in the past featured excellent picture quality. This has rather become a "standard" for WolfVision, than a "new feature".
But anyway - we had to mention it for new customers:-) |
